The editors of GTG undertake to protect the privacy of visitors to this site.

1. Names and email addresses voluntarily given to GTG will not be sold, rented or otherwise passed on by GTG to any third party.

2. As a community guide the content of “what’s best” in any given city is subjective, representing the view of the writer only.

3. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained in the guide, GTG cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions it may contain.

4. GTG is a site built and maintained by volunteer travellers and writers around the world. The site is funded by sponsorship and donations from the various travel related businesses we recommend.

Please NOTE: Do not pay cash to anyone presenting themselves as a representative of GTG.

5. Please do however check (online or by emailing us direct) to see if they are the writer for your city and extend them a warm welcome (complimentary entry, guest stay, tour around etc) so as to help them write the guide and get to know your product. If you choose to help us with a donation or sponsorship in the future this can be done through credit card. Please contact us at info@gaytravellerguide.com for details Once again please, NO payments direct to writers. This is not our policy and would leave the volunteer spirit open to abuse.

6. Any travel story submitted for publication by GTG writers or members remains their copyright. GTG may use but does not ask for exclusive use. If GTG includes the submitted article in the guide we reserve the right to make any changes deemed necessary to the article or guide before publication. GTG will, from time to time, forward travel articles on to Gay magazines and online media, for inclusion in their travel sections. All GTG city guides are copyright of GTG and may only be published with written consent from one of the directors.

7. Password access for a writer to their city administration site can be suspended at any time in the event of the Terms and Conditions for City Writers being violated. In the event of suspension the writer will forfeit any ongoing benefits from GTG.
